Refund policy

Returns must be postmark back to vixen city within Seven business days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that we do not issue pre-paid returns labels. Vixen city is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages.

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender. No Refund. EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.
